Donations - Buy a Brick

THIS SCHEME IS NOW CLOSED The campaign launched in September 2005 is drawing to a close with the news that builders will shortly move in to complete the capital project, which it is hoped will be finally finished around Easter.

The Theatre will continue to raise funds as it supports over forty non-professional drama and music groups from Brentwood, Havering and beyond and maintenance of the building, especially with the huge amount of highly-technical equipment in constant use, is very expensive. Can you help?

If you wish to donate a few pounds, or even a few thousand, you can now do so through this web site. If you can afford £50 (which we know not everyone can) we will engrave a brick with two lines of up to 16 characters (including spaces) with the words of your choice. We will also issue you with a certificate to confirm your purchase and invite you to attend an 'unveiling' ceremony. To download a large photo of the wall so that you can zoom in and see the individual names please click here.

PLEASE NOTE the engraved 'wall of fame' will be completed once the weather improves and, once those bricks are in place, we will cease taking more engaving requests, so please order your brick soon!
This is an example of a standard brick:
For an extra £5 you can add a gold star:
If you are feeling extra generous, one of the larger bricks is available for a minimum donation of £250 on which we can also fit in your logo (in full colour, subject to a couple of limitations) and a few words.

We'll be in touch to get your artwork.
We have been contacted by several of our friends from the USA who wish to donate to us as Stephen Moyer, currently starring in the huge hit TRUE BLOOD (for which co-star ANNA PAQUIN recently won a Golden Globe), is the Theatre's Patron. If you cannot afford £50 (which we fully understand!) but would like to join the others who are donating smaller amounts to 'Stephen's fund' we will add all the amounts together and buy an appropriate collective brick.

If your donation is for £25 or more, Stephen will PERSONALLY SIGN a 'thank you certificate as his gratitude for your donation.

Author CHARLAINE HARRIS just endorsed 'Stephen's Fund' with her donation! Most of you know she is the writer of the Sookie Stackhouse Southern Vampire books that inspired Alan Ball to create 'True Blood.' The saga of the telepathic Louisiana barmaid (and friend to vampires, werewolves, and other supernaturals) has drawn so many readers, Charlaine is now published in Japan, Greece, Germany, Thailand, Spain, France, Russia, and here in Great Britain.

Stephen Moyer and Brentwood Theatre could not be more delighted to have Charlaine aboard, with grateful thanks for her encouragement.
