10am to 4pm Monday to Friday

If we are busy, an answerphone is in use. Please do leave a message and we will call you back.

You may purchase your tickets by calling our dedicated Box Office and paying by most credit or debit cards. If possible, please quote your American Express card, if you have one, as they charge us the lowest rate!

For each booking taken (regardless of the total value of tickets ordered) a Booking Fee of £1 is payable.

For an optional charge of 40p your tickets will be posted to you, or else you may collect them from the Theatre's Foyer in the 30 minutes before the performance commences.

Please remember to bring along your credit or debit card in order to identify yourself when collecting your tickets.

Any remaining tickets are sold in the thirty minutes before the performance commences on a 'first come, first served' basis however we can only accept cash or cheques (supported by a guarantee card).

Once purchased, your tickets are not refundable however we may endeavour to re-sell them for you or else we may swap your tickets to another performance of the same show. For each of these services we charge one pound per ticket.
