Dance is for all ages and it is never too late to start learning. Dance has been proved to be the best form of exercise and best way to burn lots of calories. Building confidence and having fun are the key features involved with this class. So come along and try something new.
Stretching is best when the muscles of the body are warmed up. Become more supple and flexible with a variety of different stretches followed by toning exercises for arms, legs, bums and tums.
