BOS return with a classic choice of songs from World War II, together with poems written by actual serving members of the armed forces through the conflict, aiming to capture some of the essence of this most unique era in our country's history.

The finale will be a 'last night of the proms' rendition of favourites such as Rule Britannia and Land of Hope and Glory - and you are invited to join in.
